Day Seven...a day with Udaya

Today we went with Udaya, a teacher from Jubilee Hills, on an “Archaeological Survey of India.” The sight seeing tour included Charminar, Chowmohalla Palace, Nizam Jubilee Pavilion, Golconda Fort, Salarjung Museum, and Birla Mandir all in one whirlwind day.  Udaya made the adventure fun for everyone as we quickly met many nice tourists from India, Africa, Nepal, and Brazil.  Our time ran late so the tour ended before the last destination of Lumbini Park, on the shores of Hussain Sagar lake, know for the Buddha statue, floral clock, and musical fountains that swirl to the tunes from Hindi and Telugu films.
