Day Four we experienced an "Unhurried Walk" of Bangalore. We learned about Bangalore's old city and enjoyed a culture walk through Basavanagudi. Our guide shared tales, myths, and enlivened our senses as we learned about delights of life in India…Bugle Rock, Bull Temple, a Forest, Bangalore Fort, a palace, breakfast at Vidyarthi Bhavan, and street shopping for hand-woven flowers.
Later that evening we had a private performance from
“Rickshaw Muse,” celebrating poetry and music.
